Dadas las exigencias de mercado de algunos nichos, Unitek Perú® S.A. ha desarrollado un sistema de ósmosis inversa específico para aplicaciones alimenticias, donde la sanitización cumple un rol fundamental.
Además de configuración estandar para este tipo de aplicaciones, como la construcción sanitaria, CIP incorporado, enjuague con permeado, accesorios no invasivos, etc, adicionamos la posiblidad de utilizar membranas sanitizables con agua caliente a 85 ºC, lo cual es una ventaja insuperable para las tareas de mantenimiento sin adición de biocidas. Este procedimiento puede ser sostenido durante 60-90 minutos para cada sanitizacion sin producir daño sobre el elemento.
